Carolina Sunshine “HOT” Eastern North Carolina Style Barbeque Sauce - (10oz. of Sunshine)- With the distinct Red Bands and that incredibly “hot” pig Suzie on the label, this sauce packs a bit more bite than our original. It is not truly “hot” in the sense of a hot sauce but yes, it does have a bigger bite yet maintains that sweet tanginess of our original. Perfect on pork but this is a favorite for our “Sunshine Chicken” marinade with the pepper shining through. Ingredients:Apple Cider Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Salt, Peppers, Spices, and Xanthum Gum |
